The minimum order quantity is 12pcs.  You may choose either our regular size cupcake (Cupcake: 7cm diameter / Logo: 5cm diameter) or mini cupcake (Cupcake: 4cm diameter / Logo: 3cm diameter).

The excellent choice for corporate and branding events, we can make the customised logo on edible sugar plates to be put on our renowned delicious cupcakes and mini cupcakes.

Made-to-order Edible Logo Cookie for your special occasions including branding events, private celebration and everything that you can think of.    Individual packed in small plastic bag.

We can print the image file provided by you to the cookies.  Please note that the image file has to be in high definition and ensure the quality of the products.  The feasibility also depends on the colours in the image file because of the limitation of edible link.  Please feel free to email us (at order@phoenixsweets.com) the image file in advance to assess the feasibility before you place order.  Please note that the price is only applicable to printing the same image for 24pcs cookies.  If you need to print different image for each cookie, we will have to provide quotation separately.

Our craftsmanship delivers the perfect cake for celebrating Business Events, birthday, baby shower and anniversary.  Delicate piping cream decoration with yummy butter cream cake.  

For colours, you may at most select two colours (one for the base, the other for the piping decoration).

A Classic, Reimagined (Earl Grey 2.0) We have taken one of Phoenix Sweets’ most beloved flavours and given it a refreshing upgrade. If you love the calming aroma of tea but crave a touch of fruity brightness, this is the cake for you.

The Flavour Profile: Floral, Fruity, & Aromatic We start with our substantial Victoria Sponge base, infused with premium Fair Trade Earl Grey tea leaves. We don't use artificial tea flavouring—we steep real tea to ensure a deep, authentic bergamot aroma.

The magic happens in the filling. We pair the tea sponge with a Lychee Rose buttercream that offers a delicate floral sweetness. To cut through the richness, we add a layer of our homemade Lychee Rose and Mixed Berries Jam.

• The Result: The tartness (zest) of the lychee and berries compliments the floral rose and the earthy tea notes. It creates a refreshing, appetizing finish that leaves you wanting another slice.

The "Phoenix Sweets" Texture Please note: This is not a light, airy chiffon cake. We use a traditional European Victoria Sponge with Butter Cream recipe.

• **Storage & Temperature**

  • Optimal Enjoyment: The cake is best enjoyed at Room Temperature (around 20°C). If consumed below 15°C, the texture of the butter cream will be severely affected, becoming firm and less enjoyable.
  • Same-Day Consumption: If you plan to serve the cake on the day of collection, you may simply store it in a cool, indoor, air-conditioned room (approx. 20°C).
  • Overnight Storage: For maximum safety, you may store the cake in the refrigerator. Keep the cake level at all times.
  • Avoid: Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, moisture, and heat when not in the fridge.

  **The Essential 'Warm-Up' Tip**

  If your cake has been refrigerated (including overnight), this step is crucial for achieving the perfect flavour and moist texture:

  • Warm-Up Period: Before serving, you must take the cake out of the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours to bring it to room temperature.
  • Keep it Boxed: We strongly recommend allowing the cake to warm up inside its original box to protect it from moisture condensation.
