The flavour of the cotton candy-like surface butter cream is in Vanilla Flavour.

• Earl Grey (layered with rose butter cream and rose petals)
• Vanilla (layered with mixed berries butter cream and mixed berries jam)
• Lemon (layered with passion fruit butter cream and lemon curd)
• Chocolate (layered with chocolate butter cream and Valrhona chocolate crunch)
• Rainbow Vanilla (colourful cake layers layered with passion fruit butter cream and lemon curd) (+$400)

English name and message (such as "Happy Birthday") (maximum 20 English Letters total) will be put on a fondant plate to be placed on the cake.

The diameter of the two tiers in the reference picture are 6" and 4".  We can also make a bigger size for this design, i.e. 8"+6".

The fruits may be replaced with other fruits subject to availability.  Also, please note that as the colour is hand mixed, it is very likely that the colour and look of the cake vary slightly from the reference photo.  The product photo in this online store is for reference only.
